Reviewing and approving all social media content across the agency
Directly leading a team of artists, writers and coordinators from project kickoff to content delivery to performance reporting
Creating first concepts for social media campaigns and assets, as well as presentation documentation for new and existing clients
Tracking all content performance and adapting strategy as needed in light of audience response
Using content performance and audience data as the starting (and ending) point for creative projects, proposals and concepts

Assisting other departments with concepts, writing and consultation as needed
